I would highly recommend this item for any woman who loves to hike in the great outdoors. I have a bad back and this item did not give me any grief at all. In fact, it helped me to stay balanced.
It's a great design, and has lots of space to store your items. Quality in stichwork is excellent. I feel that the price is great for a great quality product.
If this one ever wears out...I'll buy another pack from this company.

searched shopped and read reviews for weeks and settled for this pack. I immediately put it to the test in N.C. out in piscah national forest for a five day camp trip. Performed GREAT! Plenty of organization and space. I'm a little person so the sizing fit me really well. I found the same pack at a major retailer for 60$ more so I feel I got a great buy...... One tip though, buy a bag that will contain this pack if you plan on flying and checking it, the airline didn't offer a bag and one of the straps got stuck somewhere and one of the buckles got busted en-route.
Also was delivered sooooo fast.
