As backpackers know, good weight distribution, stability, and a proper fit are the keys to carrying heavy loads in comfort. The Big Bend is fully adjustable and fits a torso range of 16 to 22 inches. The sternum strap, load-lifter straps, and belt stabilizers provide balance and even weight distribution, while the pulley-like cinch allows you to tighten the waistbelt securely without straining. The cinch actually doubles your tightening force. The load is supported with a high-density polyurethane (HDPE) frame sheet and twin aluminum stays that also protect your back from bulky items inside the pack The side and vertical compression straps tighten the load down and improve overall stability. This pack also boasts multiple pockets and access points so that everything you need is organized and easy to reach. The large main compartment is top-loading and has a "port-hole" providing easy access to your gear. The main compartment also holds a hydration reservoir with tube ports to accommodate most hydration systems. With two, expandable mesh water bottle pockets, two zippered side pockets, and a large front pocket with an organizer it is easy to keep essentials handy. Top DOES NOT convert to fanny pack. August 5, 2008

The description of this bag is clearly for a different bag. The Top lid does NOT convert into a fanny pack. And there is no fleece lined optics pocket. Also there is no clip on the shoulderstrap for the hydration tube, but there are slits for the tube to come out.
That being said, I got it on Amazon for $74 and for that price it is a good pack. Definitley the wrong description, but NOT a bad pack for under $100. (I wouldnt pay $130... you can do better than that.)
